2. Does it remove hair permanently?

IPL Hair Removal Handset won’t remove hair permanently, but it offers long-lasting results. It will reduce the

hair by minimizing regrowth speed. The hairs that do grow back will also be finer. The more you use the iShine IPL Handset, the more effective the device will be.

3. Is IPL hair removal safe?

4. Does IPL hair removal hurt?
